Choose the wire

Choose the wire, turn off bluetooth.

Being able to stand up and walk during a meeting while using your bluetooth earphones is great. But the wire is better because it's invulnerable to bluejacking, bluesnarfing or bluebugging.
🔷Bluejacking: sending unsolicited messages if a device is discoverable
🔷Bluesnarfing: unauthorized access to data on outdated devices
🔷Bluebugging: attackers gain control of phone functions if security patches are lacking

If you communicate highly sensitive information during a call or a conference, remember that your bluetooth signals can travel up to 10 meters and someone in the next office, in the next car, in the next coffee table, or just walking by could be bluetooth sniffing and spying your conversation.

If you really need to use bluetooth, be sure to keep firmware updated and use only Bluetooth 5.x and 6.x, these versions use AES-CCM encryption and secure pairing methods. And just turn off bluetooth whenever is not needed.
